I've spent most of my career inside large UK organisations, building the automation that quietly trims operating cost. The same tooling now lets a small, careful team do that work for owner-led businesses — without the agency overhead.
Marks AI is a partner, not a supplier. We take on the operations that hold a business back — websites and lead generation, customer comms, bookings, reporting and the day-to-day automation — and make the whole thing run better and more autonomously. We don't start with proposals. We start by delivering value.

Who I work with.
Owner-led businesses whose ambition runs ahead of their capacity — therapists and counsellors, coaches, residents' groups, photographers, accountants, consultants, creatives and trades. If something isn't a fit, I'll say so.
The mix stays wide on purpose — a therapy practice and a residents' group don't share much, which keeps every project honest about what it actually needs. Anywhere in the UK, mostly remote over WhatsApp, email and the occasional video call.
